Colourful lookbook for Irish Socksciety. Galway fashion & life-style photography for new sock brand.

It's been only a couple of weeks since Joanna & Alex launched the company, but it looks like half of Ireland is already wearing their socks, including An Taoiseach Leo Varadkar and Doireann Garrihy.

Irish Socksciety is a new brand inspired by Irish humour that produces a variety of colorful, Hi-quality cotton socks. Their designs explore everything that we love about living in Ireland. Capturing moments like "Bye bye bye" when you hang up the phone, having the craic, to Ireland's passion for hurling & the affectionate saying "You are my cup of tea", that everybody familiar with Irish culture can relate to.

Irish Socksciety loves all that is quirky and humorous about Irish Life. We feel that feet have a lot to say, and to help them talk, we've designed colourful and funny socks, here in Galway, on the west coast of Ireland, in the middle of the beautiful Wild Atlantic Way."

I was invited to take part in this awesome project and create the lookbook for Irish Socksciety. The concept was to photograph interesting characters based in Galway, exploring fashion, food, sport, business, art & family. We created inviting, colourful and playful set of photographs for their website, social media, press and advertising materials.

It's been a rewarding project. I am happy with the final photos and delighted with the great response to Joanna & Alex's product. Plus, needless to say, I love wearing their socks too,
